Yazu Cancellation Policy

As a small business, our ability to provide top-quality service to you and all of our clients depends on careful scheduling and time management. When appointments are missed or cancelled at the last minute, it can leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill, meaning we lose valuable time that could have been used to serve another client.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, as a small business, we rely on scheduled appointments to manage our time and resources effectively.

To avoid any charges, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

By introducing this cancellation fee, we aim to:

  1. Respect your time – We want to ensure that every client gets the time and attention they deserve.
  2. Allow us to plan better – This helps us make sure that appointments are scheduled in a way that benefits everyone.
  3. Maintain fairness – When last-minute cancellations or no-shows occur, it affects both our team and other clients who could have taken that time slot.
